Job Description: BIM Modeler (Structural)
Role Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with a minimum of 5 years of experience to develop high-quality 3D structural BIM models and prepare structural drawings based on design inputs. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project standards, coordinate effectively with internal and external teams, and deliver accurate and clash-free models and drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Create and update 3D structural BIM models and detailed drawings (design, shop, and as-built) in accordance with project requirements and standards. 2- Prepare parametric Revit families and ensure alignment with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). 3- Collaborate with structural engineers and coordinate with other disciplines to maintain consistency across design trades. 4- Conduct clash detection, resolve modeling issues, and ensure the delivery of clash-free models. 5-Extract material quantities from BIM models. 6-Perform self-review of BIM models and drawings to maintain accuracy before quality checks and submissions. 7-Archive and track drawings, markups, and model revisions throughout the project lifecycle. 8-Ensure adherence to company standards for CAD, MicroStation, and BIM processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural BIM modeling and drawing preparation. - Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools. - Strong understanding of structural design concepts and drawing preparation. - Experience with clash detection and resolution using BIM software. - Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, prepare & check the required list of documents for different submissions.
- Prepare and follow up correspondence with all the related authorities and departments.
- Coordinate with government authorities for clarifications, justifications, and approvals by statutory authorities
- Supervise the document completion process to be submitted as required by the local authorities on behalf of the organization.

Job Title: Resident Engineer (RE)
Role Summary:
The Resident Engineer (RE) is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and managing the construction project to ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, quality, safety, and timelines. Acting as the primary point of contact between the consultant and client, the RE is responsible for issuing directives to the contractor in accordance with the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Supervision:
• Issue Issued for Construction (IFC) Drawings & Contract Documents and resolve coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC conditions, project specifications, and safety regulations.
• Review and verify contractor’s insurances, performance bonds, and payment guarantees.
• Propose Value Engineering solutions for cost optimization.
• Approve and monitor contractor’s payment schedule and cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate with authorities for permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
• Track project progress against the Baseline Program and Look-Ahead Schedules.
• Review and approve materials submittals, shop drawings, and procurement plans.
• Manage contractor RFIs, provisional sums, and client approvals for prime cost items.
Quality Control & Compliance:
• Issue and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Instructions (SIs), and Warning Letters.
• Ensure proper documentation, corrective actions, and escalation procedures.
• Oversee and approve QA/QC deliverables, including Inspection & Test Plans, Material Approval Requests, Snag Lists, and Testing & Commissioning reports.
• Conduct final inspections and handover procedures in coordination with Facility Management.
Coordination & Reporting:
• Monitor contractor resources, productivity rates, and compliance.
• Chair weekly & monthly progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage correspondence with the contractor, client, and authorities.
• Lead the review and recommendation of Variation Orders (VOs).
• Ensure proper tracking of contractual records, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in construction supervision, contract administration, and authority coordination.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, local building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in handling contractual correspondences, project documentation, and approvals.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in construction software, project scheduling, and reporting tools.

will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with at least 8 years
of experience working on construction projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
